Quick Start Guide for Rifle Scope

Step 1: Unboxing

Carefully unpack your rifle scope and ensure that all included items are present. Typically, your package should contain the following:

- Mounting rings (if not already attached)

Step 2: Mounting the Scope

1. Prepare Your Firearm: Ensure your firearm is unloaded and the safety is engaged.

2. Attach Mounting Rings: If not already attached, affix the mounting rings to your rifle's scope rail. Make sure they are securely tightened.

3. Place the Scope: Carefully position the scope onto the mounting rings. Ensure that it is properly aligned with your firearm.

4. Tighten Screws: Use the provided screws to secure the scope onto the mounting rings. Be sure not to over-tighten, as this may damage the scope.

1. Eye Relief: Adjust the scope's position along the rail until you achieve proper eye relief. This is the distance from your eye to the scope's eyepiece that allows for a full field of view without any black rings.

2. Leveling: Make sure the scope is level with your rifle. Use a bubble level to ensure accuracy.

3. Windage and Elevation: Use the adjustment turrets on the scope to zero it in. Start by adjusting windage (horizontal) and elevation (vertical) to center your crosshairs on the target.

4. Focus: Adjust the focus ring on the eyepiece until the reticle appears sharp and clear.

 

Step 4: Lens Covers

Attach the lens covers to protect the scope's lenses when not in use. These will help maintain clarity and prevent damage.

1. Tighten Everything: Double-check that all screws and mounting hardware are securely tightened.
